    Hi Guys
    Lookin for a 32 inch LCD that will be used for standard tv and dvd. Whats the philips 5404 like for normal telly?? What else have you got at the momment??

    The 32PFL5404H is grand for SD TV viewing (SKY, NTL,& DVD) being an HD ready LCD.
    This is in the SALE for €399.99 - down from our TSP of €449.99

    We have the step up model, the 32PFL5604H which adds a 1080p panel into the mix - these are great value at €449.99 in the SALE.

    And again does an excellent job with SD content.

    I have the 32PFL5604H in stock today if you'd like to scoop one up.

    Do you have the 5404h in stock and does the sale price include the boardies discount??
    Oh and does it have scart sockets??(No mention on the specs on the philips site)

    Hi there

    The SALE price is the lowest price - no further reduction on this TV - Boardies generally get our SALE prices throughout the year...lucky folks:)

    I hope to have this TV in next week.

    You have 2x SCART Sockets, 3x HDMI, 1x USB, VGA & Component connections and a lowly little RF input - whos day may well come again when RTE MPEG4 bbroadcasting takes off with a vengence:)

    Thanks to Ash - yep the specs are a bit obtuse but there ARE 2 Scarts - it only mentions them on page 3 of the SPECS
