Hi Everyone,

I'm writing this on behalf of my girlfriend. She is just finishing a Diploma in hairdressing and also has a FETAC level 5 cert in hairdressing.

She wanted to complete a further FAS course in Limerick next year but has been told she cant apply for it due to her other qualifications. However she says she need this FAS course to have any chance of getting a job.

Im just wondering if anyone else has been down this road and what you did? Is this FAS course really so important?

Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated.
