Car park prices in Stephens Green SC

Can anyone tell me if they've seen an hourly parking rate displayed in Stephens Green shopping centre? Legally do they have to display one?

I was in there today and the only signs I could see were displaying 15 mins for 90c and evening rates for €6, which are great deals but without an hourly list is there a false sense of 'good rates' being advertised?

I checked in the machines during the first hour and it was €4.50 for the hour and €6.30 for 2 hours, which seems a bit pricey.

So any idea if they are legally obliged to display their prices and where they are in Stephens Green/College of Surgeons car parks?

I googled Stephen's Green car park. It told me it is 90c per 15 minutes, so €3.60 an hour at peak times. There are cheaper rates at other times. At a guess you had gone into the 5th 15 minute period when you checked the first time.
