    I want to say:

Inexperienced teachers sometimes think that by beginning their lesson the class will settle down. Unfortunately the teacher is reinforcing that they are willing to talk over and compete with the student's conversation.

Any ideas how to translate this into Irish??

Thanks for any help I really appreciate it!

Uaireanta, ceapann múinteoirí nach bhfuil mórán taithí acu go socróidh an rang síos má chuireann siad tús leis an gceacht. Ach, sa chás seo, níl an múinteoir ach ag treisiú go bhfuil sé nó sí sásta an ceacht a thabhairt agus na mic léinn fós ag caint.

    This might help.
