    I have a seagate 1tb external hd which has avis on it,

    what would be the cheapest Mini Media Player that i can get so that i can watch them on a tv?

    have one myself. plays nearly any video file/music file/subtitle files there is.

    have one myself and i love it.

    No this is dirt cheap for a media player. :)

    @OP note this is NOT a recomendation as it as I do not own or or know anything about this unit, and whether it is a good piece of kit or not. I have the awesome O!player as well myself. :pac:

    my mates have one, very good player, very simple to use and isn't too fussy about codecs....

    it doesnt support mkv or some subtitle files, its a no no for me already :pac:

    seriously, the o! play can play anything over network/usb/magic, its great value for under 100 euro. you can get a player with more codec support for that price range.

    Is there a wifi version of o!play?

    edit: Its okay I found it, bit mad that its nearly double the price just for wireless capability :(

    Well for the ultimate in cheapness with a reasonable delivery time then, i figure this is your best bet.

    It'll play your Avi's but not mkv's :(

    Some peeps on Bargain Alerts were saying it works pretty good too :D

    I've bought 10 of them in total for personal, family and friends. No complaints so far.
