Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

saw this fertilizer spreader at last years ploughing , was told it is based on an older model amazone circa 20 years ago , while its built in turkey , if its based on an amazone , it cant be too shabby , the biggest attraction is the price , 2000 euro for a one tonne with a one year warranty , thats nearly half the price of better known brands with that kind of capacity

id say the build quality would be far inferior to that of an amazone in terms of the quality of the steel used the paint finish the spread accuracy etc.
its dosnt have stainless steel cups on the discs so they will be prone to rust .
its made in turkey and if its anything like the quality of turkish shotguns it will be rubbish.

are you judging by the pictures or have you seen it in the flesh , perhaps it could be along the lines of a skoda - volkswagon , we tend to dismiss stuff thats made in poor countries when the price is so low , you have to consider how low thier labour costs are in comparrison to germany etc , im not saying its as good as an amazone but it may not be poorly built either

You generally get what you pay for so if you want a amazone buy a amazone, I bought a 1402 with extension and cover for €3400 inc vat last year, it hold 2 ton of can when piled up and 1.5 ton of urea at its ease, but the sales guy gave the impression the prices were to go up, never checked after anyway in the Farmers Journal this week there is a Bogballe spreader for sale: €3000 inc vat, it holds 700kg but I reckon an extension wouldnt cost the earth and you'd have a top class machine, page 34 if your interested. Better than any Turkish Delight!
