Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My first Major Photo shoot

Following on form this thread I posted up last year (http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2055661450) and after investing in some proper studio lighting, I've just completed what I consider to be my first full on photo assignment. I've done a few portraits shoots over the last few months but this was a biggie with no room for error...

It was basically a fashion shoot, to get a new collection launched into new markets/countries, the brief was to keep the images simple with the emphasis on the clothes and less on the modelling/posing etc. The end result might look straightforward but a lot of work goes into the day, About 2 hours of prep/setup 4 hours of actual shooting (25 clothes changes ) and then probably about another 2-3 hours of post production and not to mention 2 hours of travel and the photos had to be ready to send out first thing this morning....The designer was delighted and currently the shots are winging their way around Ireland, UK and Scandinavia to various agents.

No intentions of giving up the day job but I got such a great feeling of accomplishment that I hope to push on from here.

I'm not coming on here singing my own praises, Really what I'm trying to say is that if an opportunity comes your way and you know your good enough go for it...a year ago I knew I wasn't good enough and wouldn't have considered it...
