    quick question, anyone ever used / heard of someone thats used them.

    They say on their site they'll give me €140 for my N95 8GB.
    its in perfect working order but its missing the silver button at the back
    so i'm afriad they'll use this as an excuse to knock the value down by 50% or more!

    any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    You're right about using ANY excuse. So if you can pick up a cheap replacement on ebay quickly, then get it. Last year I sent a N96 with one broken clip (battery cover) to envirofone. They tried cutting me by €70 but I refused the offer. Worse thing I ever did was send to them in 1st place because it took a month to get it back.
