Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The date just hasn't been confirmed, likely start of April, possibly over Easter or weekend before, info will be on piranhatri.com and entry on runireland.com in the next few days,

    Thanks,

Same course for the 5km going ahead last weekend in May, for Crumlin, should be great, check out http://www.runireland.com/events/2010-05-29/5k-race-fun-run

John Davis will be run later in the year on the same track so set a time and come back and try beat it in a few months!

I ran this two years ago. Its a very flat course. There in one very slight up hill part but nothing major at all. If you know Malahide castle it basically starts at the castle car park, up beside the Helicopter landing pad. Run straight down that long road and into the woods following the 5k trail. The trial is slightly uneven and there are plenty of pot holes to contend with. Very enjoyable run. Hopefully will be there myself.

Its a good course and a great setting....Think I'll be getting the Mrs and friends to do this one too.

Glad to see its for a good cause.

I think there is a link for it on Facebook too.

Cheers lads depending on how the sportsworld goes on the weekend I may give this a go. (What i mean to say is if i feel that a sub 20 is possible I will try to get that barrier out of the way early in the year).

Its a great race route, its not pancake flat but definitely not hilly enough to bother you i'd say, should be good for setting pb's, route is here, not sure how accurate the elevation detail is in it http://connect.garmin.com/activity/2812270

*just enabled elevation so more accurate now*
