Is it possible to ping every client and server listed in net view without doing each manually?

In addition, is there anyway to easily determine the subnet(s) that they are all on?

I am looking for the IP or CIDR of the net/subnet every computer the local one is on so I can specify which connection settings for it to use when communicating with them.

Perhaps I am looking for the IP/CIDR of the domain? I do not know the correct networking nomenclature.
