"new message from john" ... need an application?

    i've tried the smspreview application from the ovi store which is free and it pops up the screen when you receive a new sms telling you who it's from and giving you the content of the message.

    i'd rather just have an application that tells me "new message from john" on the screen when i get a new message. anyone know of such an application?

    i'm using a nokia n95.

    Change your phone :)

    Most of the other nokia's will do this, from the cheapest gsm handset (2330 range) up to the more business style like some of the E series. It was never a feature of the N series if im not mistaken

    Having moved from an N95 8Gb to an N97 I cry myself to sleep every night
