I have sky HD in my lounge and a computer with a wireless eircom network upstairs in a spare bedroom. I'm looking for a little black box to perform 2 functions. I would like to stream home movies that I've edited on the PC to the TV and also be able to record programs from the SKY Box for transfer to dvd whic I would do at the PC.
The wireless is 802.11g, so would I have to upgrade to 802.11n and is this as simple as swapping over the router?
Any help would be appreciated or even a good site to look at, I have looked at a few and must admit to being more than a little confused now.
