Do SIPTU provide a legal team for a member??

I am wondering if a person is a member of SIPTU, and has a strong case against their employer. If SIPTU believed that the employee had a strong enough case against the employer, would SIPTU provide the employee with a legal team (Solicitors and barristers) to represent the employee in court against the employer? What steps would be involved in convincing SIPTU that their member (Employee) has a genuine strong case against an employer? If a legal team is provided to their member, would SIPTU pay for the legal costs of would the member have to pay for the legal costs?

Moderators, I am NOT looking for legal advice whatsoever, just advice about SIPTU and a legal team. Thanks in advance
