Okay. personal preference aside, the RDS has a bug where it's off centre, and the holo has a bug where it's damage is higher at range than it's meant to be. But I think we've discussed this already and you know that.... :o

The official Sony gold connection component one.
Cost me €30 (Tesco) but if your spending €200 on a PVR, you have to spend the extra bit on the cables.

It honestly is the best, never had an issue and plays full 1080p no problem

I know ya said you probably won't bother trying to set up the ps to go online through the Vodafone dongle, but I got it working before and I'm doing nothin else so I'll try and help ya. The speeds aren't great, and you will disconnect sometimes, but it's more than playable.

Network..Network and Sharing Center..Manage Network Connections.. Vodafone Huawei Dongle (right click, properties).. Enable the top and bottom options (click local connection when prompted by the first option). It should change to "shared" in small grey writing under it :


(It says 3, but the changes to be made are the exact same).


Then in Manage Network Connections, right click Local Area Connection, and under Networking, click properties for "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IVP4)", and choose manual for both options and fill in as followed :




Disconnect and Reconnect to the Internet Via the Vodafone Mobile Connect Client. Then once you have connected, change the "best connected" options on the left to "prompt". When you're connected to the internet and plug in a LAN cable, a box should prompt you to "disconnect from the current connection as a better one has been found", choose no. It should leave you connected to the internet, and be able to share that connection through the lan to the playstation (I don't have a pic for that as I'm using 3 at the mo ... Used up my 10gb monthly data lol).

I tried that already but the dongle doesnt show up in network on W7

The dongle keeps dropping too and is very unreliable so I don't think it will work.

lol some of that was pretty funny, good game too nice switching of weapons, the AK rocks with stopping power on, its actually putting me off prestiging again am only a few xp away from my 4th, purely to rack up some kills with it.

I wasn't a fan of the dual comm tbh but the gameplay was good as usual

If your looking for ideas for different setups might I recommend trying the M21 EBR with silencer or with Acog, I'm using it at the moment with thermal and silencer and its pure rapeage.

Also i'd be very interested to see how you do from the rooftop in highrise with OMA noobtube DC

I can get 13-14 streaks from there so you'd prob be in nuke city
