Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Firefox working but not Google Chrome or Internet Explorer

    Hi All,

I recently ran avg and malwarebytes to get rid of a virus. Since cleaning up the PC only Mozilla Firefox works, and I had wanted to make Google Chrome my default browser. Internet Explorer doesn't either.

Anyone know how I get Google Chrome up and running? :(

Have you tried uninstalling Chrome and then re-installing?

If you reinstall Chrome try importing settings from Firefox and not IE. (Think there might be an option or drop down for that!)

Also I'd check (in IE), tools - internet options - connections tab and double check the settings.

Firefox works off different settings to Chrome and IE (Chrome and IE use the same settings on my computers) so if Chrome and IE and not working, and Firefox is, I would look at the internet options.

Check to see if a proxy port is mentioned in the Internet Options under connectivity, or something like that. I would imagine you problem is stemming from an incorrect setting in internet options.
