Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Well done to the Asians.

There actually are positives - Has anyone got a picture of the african/chinese guy taking a photo of Tevez when he scored? Comedy genius.

What a sad football club. The most cringeworthy anthem any sports institution globally could possibly have aswell.

Boards.ie's very own Shay O' Given also shown up as a clown again.

    From a Manchester United fan:

Thanks to City for a wonderful semi final. Sorry about the bottle incident. I'm so happy now. I'm so happy there is a bigger rivalry between us.

    God i'm so happy.

    Wembley here we come.

Amazing how a city rivalry can transform a Mickey Mouse cup into something that apparently matters!

My thoughts now turn to revenge for Dean Suanders and Dalian Atkinson in 1994. We were wearing the Newton Heath style away strip that day, that was a heart breaking final. Thank god we hockeyed Chelsea a few months later in the FA Cup.

    Glazers Out!

"We certainly won't be picking our team because City are picking their strongest team. Our young players have proved themselves. They won the Carling Cup last year against full-strength Tottenham and were unlucky against full-strength Everton in the FA Cup semi-final.

"Our fans don't want to see us lose and there's no intention of losing, either. That's important. I believe our young players are good enough. They excelled last year and they have the desire to do it again. We've used the Carling Cup as a route for young players and they've all done well over the last few years.

"I don't see the need to change that policy."

The kids went well anyway. That Scholes fella looks a prospect, and that Giggs young lad too.

Glad we pushed that lot all the way and forced Fergie to backtrack on his policy. Sign of things to come.

Ok. Ive had a little lie down, nearly popped a vein earlier.

Boyatta was brilliant. Very impressed. Kompany, Given, Bellamy and Richards too.

Im convinced Nigel De Jong is Citys best player.

    Darren. Oh Darren.

Scholesy put on a clinic out there.

Fantastic cup tie and i look forward to a few more in the next few seasons.

"This is How it Feels to Be City..":D:D
So happy about that, Tevez must be sickened.

Disappointed about the bottle incident, but it being Big Mouth Bellamy lessened the pain a small bit.

Don't remind me. That was an awful day. Kanchelskis sent off for handball in the box. I still have the Green and Gold jersey too. Shame I was 13 and it looks about ten sizes too small now!

Cracking result tonight. Rooney was immense. Bring on the Gooners.
