Hi just wondering has anyone seen this growing around the south? Or has anyone ever sotted the dried root for sale anywhere? I've wanted to make to make dandelion and burdock beer for years but never managed to spot any and my dad reckons it doesn't grow around here.

Thats a good ti about the asian shos I read up on burdock there I had no idea it was such a common place food in Japan and China.
Don't suppose anyone know's the chinese name for it?:o The chinese shop in town never know what I'm talking about when I go in looking for stuff with only the english names.
