Eamonn Coghlan's Dublin 5k road race.

    Running star Eamonn Coghlan has taken on the role of race director for the forthcoming KBC Asset Management St. Patrick's 5K Festival Road Race which takes place through Georgian Dublin on Sunday, March 14th Next.

    It will the the first city street race of Dublin's year as European Capital of Sport.

    Are you referring to the Chairman of the Boards???
    Unfortunately I am not. He would be a lot faster than I would. For the first 2 or 3 meters, I may resemble him however after that there is no comparison!
    We are in fact working alongside the great man himself in relation to promoting this fantastic sporting occasion which will run through the heart of Georgian Dublin as the city celebrates its year as European Capital of Sport! So get your running shoes out and your entry in.

    The mods would appreciate it if you could let us know before posting about your event on here. Boards is a privately owned website that is ad revenue driven. As such we cannot do "free advertising" so please give us a heads up before posting.

It's great that organisers are here engaging with posters / athletes but the assumption is that we are all here as equals - all posters opinions hold equal merit. If you strongly object to something that someone has said about your event, or feel it is unfair or without foundation then please use the report post function and the Mods will review it and remove it if it breaks site rules.
