Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi

Lost everything on my laptop when it crashed and PC store restored everything but I have to reload everything back on. When I try to open my folder with the the saved emails the error message is: "This action is only valid for products currently installed"

I previously to use Outlook but now I have Outlook Express.

    Any advise

Where exactly are these saved mails meant to be? A screenshot would be a good idea.

That's just a shortcut, what's it meant to point to?

It looks like the programme that the shortcut leads has been uninstalled.

    EDIT: or is broke/moved

Right click the Emails file, go to properties and look for a line saying "Location" Or "Target" Then you can manually navigate to that location on your hard drive by copying what it there and pasting it into the address bar at the top of the windows explorer window.
