You might consider the Windows forum, located at Tech -> Operating Systems -> Windows.

This is a general Help Desk specifically for people having trouble using boards.ie. None of the other users are able to post in your Help Desk thread so you won't be able to get an answer in this thread. Try the Windows forum.:)
