Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Best answer I've seen is some new sports bar somewhere in a Dublin suburb. Can't see it being the Woolshed or QBar ... and Fagan's?

Yeah it could be anywhere at all. Very tempted to lay my bets on a place, but I know when I get there it'll be full or ticket only or something. Wherever it is, they'll probably enforce a policy of "regulars only".

Anyone who decides to stop going to matches so that they can watch it on tv in 3D and get that 'just like being at the match' experience does not deserve to have football in their lives!!

Friend of mine went to see it, said you could barley tell the difference

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

tbh, I went to see Avatar in 3D and said there wasn't much difference so the second time I went with a different group and the 3D was sold out so we went to see 2D. Trust me, it's a huge difference.

    Apples and oranges imo

With Avatar things are placed strategically in the movie to "pop out"

with a football match there's no way to control what happens on the screen

so you could sit there for 90 minutes and you might see nothing, but a rather "clean" looking screen
