Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Had 20 on Rooney first goal in Ladbrokes. Got 260 off him against Hull because of ladbrokes special, here's hoping he bangs in again to double up. Woop woop!

59% possession utd. 5 shots on goal vs. arsenals 1.

Not true, the team he is in is beating Arsenal 0-2 at the Emirates.
And what has Park's contribution been? One good piece of closing down is all I can recall from the first half.

Here's hoping the second half is as good as the first.

Lol @ Guillit on Sky picking out Carrick as the main man in the first half.

Carrick's been part of just about everything good about united today.

People just hate on carrick for the sake of it.

    having a great game

I agree. He has been always available for the ball and providing support for attackers and defenders. Just because is he isn't running around 3 players at a time doesn't make it he is having a bad game quite the opposite.

He has passed very well today.

Not sure. Not much of a betting man tbh.

Gray and Tyler reckon it could go down an OG.

    Replays seem to agree.

Didnt look goal bound until Almunia fingertipped it.

Would second that. Carrick does not draw attention because what he does is not flashy. He is a good player at keeping things simple and keeping the ball moving.

Seems to be very underrated by many, even some Man Utd supporters.

And that's why they won't win the league. GG park.

To those wondering about how I get paid on Rooney scoring first, the first goal has been counted as an own goal, not to Nani. So first goal scorer with bookies goes to Rooney.

Also the special in Ladbrokes is not for Fab and Rooney scoring last goal, that's Paddypower.com . Ladbrokes special is if your first goal scorer scores first and then scores again they will double the odds, scores again and they treble and so on.

I just can't understand Wenger not bringing in a striker in this transfer window. Arsenal are crying out for one!!

Why is Park so slow? No pace whatsoever. Watch everyone burn past him for the second goal. He should've been the furthest man up top from that break. Very average player at best.

    and Park scores!?

tbf he wasn't playing well. He is capable of that and has a good football brain. But he hasn't been doing it in recent games. Hopefully he can build on this.
