    I think Nirvana on Sth. William Street is 24 hours.
    At least, it's usually open after Wax/Spy as far as I know.

    If anything all this publicity about head shops has just made some young people aware of their existence.

    Means that news if you ask me..

    I wouldn't imagine that there are any 24 hour head shops.

    I see you have RTE syndrome. Someone kills themself on mushrooms - a drug legal in a different country, therefore all legal drugs are bad, mmmkay?

    Everything sold in head shops is just as safe as all the chemicals sold in the adjacent pharmacies and bars. Some are even safer, like Salvia. Can't see how that means he's going to ruin your life.
