Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Does your laptop/PC have a DVD drive such that it can at least play it? If it has, then I'm sure there is software on the Internet that allows you to 'rip' DVDs (i.e. copy them to your disk). That word 'rip' is part of the general lingo used in areas like this, so make sure to include it in your search.

If you made the DVD yourself then it's very unlikely to be encrypted, so no need to 'rip' it as such.

Just copy/paste the VIDEO_TS folder from the DVD to your laptop and play directly from there (assuming you have a DVD drive and a DVD player installed)

If you wanted to compress the DVD down to a smaller, single video file, you could use Handbrake, which is free.

Guides for that here but sure just ask here if you get stuck.
