    HELP, anybody know any pubs that sell pitchers of either beer or cocktails cheap, or any pubs that are cheap for pints and just general booze, on friday and saturdays in city centre dublin

    You can get cheap pitchers of beer in The Czech Inn and Murray's on O'Connell Street. The Gingerman also does pitchers of the Franciscan Well beers.

    'Fraid not. Brand management probably prevents pubs from doing that to "premium" (read: laughably overpriced) beers.

    Strange one -but eddie rockets do pitchers of heineken for €7, pints for €2.50, dunno if it is still on offer, it was in bargain alerts. You have to buy food but think you can just get a big burger.

    The Long stone on Townsend street. €9 for a pitcher of their own beer Murray's which aint too bad.. or €12 for a pitcher of anythin else i think

    Reviving this in case there are more additions. Pitchers of beer in the Long Stone are quite reasonable, I recall.

    I think O'Reillys beside Tara Street Station do pitchers.

    The O'Reilly's of Tara (aka Sub Lounge) does pitchers for €9, and pints are usually somewhere between 3.20 and 3.50. Good-looking pub, but very ill-located :p
