Does anyone know if any pub in Galway is showing this match in 3D??

I heard 8 pubs in Ireland are doing this but keeping it a secret but.....I'm sure staff would not be able to keep there mouths shut!!

    anyone have a clue...PM me:)

    man that would suck.

3d only works well if your watching it in a massive screen.

Seeing the snotty red nose of Alex Ferguson chewing gum in 3 D must be very enticing to some:rolleyes:

Its only on in about 6 pubs across Europe. It's on in Dublin alright and a few cities in England but won't be on anywhere in Galway.

Hard to know what it would be like, i'd much prefer for any of the pubs to get a good quality HD projector. Now they make a hige difference.

Watching the rags get beat in 3D, is 3 times better! I hope they win by 3 goals and take the full 3 points :D

Would love to see what it's like. They're launching a dedicated 3D channel in April or May (not sure) which will have at least one live 3D Premiership match per week. Maybe we'll get them in Galway pubs then (although it will be available to domestic customers also).

Why would anyone want football in 3D? Seriously, what more does it give?!

Its not like theres much 3D-ness about footy anyways. Its a camera, far from the pitch, with nothing in the forground to give the illusion of 3D anyways. Unless someone kicks a ball into a camera, or celebrates with a camera full of their face, its pointless, and even at that, who want to end the game and all everyones talking about is how it looked in 3D!
