Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Looking for a Desktop PC between €800-€900

I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the correct place so please feel free to move this if needed.
Anyway, as the thread title says, I'm looking for a Desktop PC between €800-€900. I generally use a decent amount of memory through saving films and plenty of music, and play Football Manager 2010 quite a bit too. Other than that though, my only other main use would be browsing the net.
You might ask why I want to spend such a significant amount of money on something that I won't theoretically get the most out of, but I've been given a cheque for €900 of which I have to spend on a Desktop PC and for that reason I'm going to try and get the best possibly PC I can get for the money mentioned.
I'd greatly appreciate any help you can offer me,

you could ask the fellas (and myself :P) here
building a pc gives you much more value for money and insight to pcs, it'll save you a bomb in the long run too 0 -

Honestly Building a PC will give you pretty amazing specs compard to a Shop bought PC
As a guy before me said go over to the building/upgrading forums and post something like "I need a build for 800-900" and you will have a few shopping lists in 24Hours at the most
If you are worryed about building a PC, don't be, its very easy! even i did it....and 3 months ago i didnt know what a CPU Was and how to check how much RAM i have in my PC!! :O0 -

The Dell XPS is much better value. Trust me. Will go much further than the other one in the long run. But I think the Aldi PC is a bargain. 0
