grass measuring equioment

    anyone know where i can get my hands on a scales and shears for grass measuring. getting fed up begging and borrowing.
    i assume the electric shears can be got in the likes of woodies etc.
    having trouble finding a spring scales,(one you hold with hook on bottom) weighing up to 1kg with increments of of 5 grams. have looked on line but none have the right increments or are just to big or dear. i know the ifj were doing some last year, but they were looking e140+ for the kit

    is there many out there measuring, if so, is there any one interested in sharing data, info and tips for the commimg season
    if the weather stays as is. hoping to get out for a few hours on monday:D
    happy days. hoping seeing the cows out will force me to get out and start measuring.
