    Been on Vodafone Home phone and BB since the start of december and its be unbelievably useless! Seen all the posts here etc and they basically haven't kept there end of the contract as they're not providing me with the service described, so I'm thinking of getting out.

    Anyone using Imagine's broadband and phone? I'm in deansgrange and their website says they cover here. I don't want to go through the hoops of changing again only to find that their customer service is hopeless, their actual service is useless like VF or they're gonna go under in 6 months time..

    Anyone on the service with experiences would be great, near me would be even better!!

    to be honest, I would say it would be like jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire if you went to imagine..

    If your going to switch, see if Smart can deliver in your area, failing that try UTV - they offer 12:1 contention on their 8MB package.

    Or - maybe stick with Vodafone for another few weeks, they seem to be sorting out some of their issues. If you have not done so already go on to the below thread and PM Vodafone Paul your landline number - he will get the speed problems sorted for you....sorted all my issues out.
