Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

This is kinda vague but some options:

If it's using DHCP, it'll be registered on the DHCP serving device, usually your router, so that'll get you IP and MAC address.

If you're on the same subnet, packet capture will probably get you some broadcasts from it, which will likely get you the address and name.

Can you ping the machine name from another PC on our network (friend's laptop or whatever) ?

I'm at a bit of a loss as to why you need to know the IP in order to fix it though.
