I filled out my CAO today and I was just wondering in case i missed it do you have to give them your leaving cert exam number? because i didnt see that part anywhere? thanks!

Nope.

Well not as far as I know in anyways. But I'm 99% sure you don't have to give them your exam number.

No, you don't. I filled mine in long before I even got my number.
