Hey guys, I'm looking into getting eircom broadband and i'm wondering if the line rental price is included in the price of the BB package as i dont currently have a phone line.

It depends on whether they're quoting with the line rental or not. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. Line rental must be paid though.
