best regions for fruit picking?

    was wondering where is the best area to do the agricultural work needed to extend your WHV?

    have any of you been to a area that was particularly good? bad? best for money?

    how was the experience?

    looking to get out and get it done asap. cheers for the help.

    The best areas are regional areas. So, all (including towns & cities) Tasmania, Northern Territory & South Australia, then only some post code areas in the other states.

    I have not partaken, but everyone will give you a different story i guess. Depends on the work you get. Search the boards, and look up the Aussie Government Harvest Trail.

    You're right to get it done asap. Just remember the specified work is not just agricultural work. If you can't find a job, then you're not looking hard enough or at all of your options!
