The type of people doing the clamping wouldn't be the most law abiding citizens. If you take the private security industry in Ireland you have to hold a PSA licence which is Garda vetted. i honestly believe the same should apply to this industry also.

plasma cutters will have it off in seconds if you know anyone who has one haha
