nokia 6230i volume

i ve gone through 2 nokia 6230i phones in the last 4 years and have had to replace them because the volume always gets messed up on them. they are a good phone but in my job if any dust gets inside they just lose the volume after a while, the only way to have a conservation on them is to have the loudspeaker switched on.…

im just wondering are they worth getting repaired because i like the layout of the phones nice and simple and i dont want one of these new type fancy phones.
