Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Mario Zagallo? Won 2 as a player and one as a manager. Think he was involved with the 1994 team as well?

Mario Zagallo holds 4 FIFA World Cup winners medals

    2 as player
    1 as coach
    1 as assistant coach

He could have had a fifth as he lost as coach in the final of France 98

that also happened alright! there was a few unusual things in that world cup, like a few majors not qualifying, the final being delayed etc.

You had something from 74 but its not the answer that I am looking for
(Clue is it has never happened before 74 or since)

    Keane
    Giggs
    Hughes
    Ashley Cole has 5

EDIT: Seaman, Parlor, Viera was obvious it was gonna be a lot of Arsenal players in that.

    Nope.

When I found out what it was I went and reserached to find out if it was correct or not and from what I saw it would appear so. I will say again that it has only happend at the 1974 World Cup.

Sorry - there's a lot of pages in the thread. Ok, so - here's another two that haven't been posted yet..

    1. Name 3 Liverpool players to win Premiership medals (not with the Pool, obviously)?

    2. Which football team (who are now up for sale) has a stadium in 2 different countries?

Sorry - should have said that - not current players. I actually never thought about Glen Johnson, so there's still another 3 (that I know of) who've got EPL medals.
