    Spacious single room for rent in the Warrenstown estate, quiet Cul-de-sac. Large build in wardrobe, single bed and desk already in the room, but the desk can be removed if needed. 5mins walk from the blanch center, 400m from the N3. Local shops 4mins walk away, on major bus routes.

    3 Bedroom house, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suit) Large living room, kitchen/dining room. And a car parking space. Household is smoke free, occupied by two profession males, and kept clean with a cleaner coming in every Saturday at a cost of 30 euro which is split three ways. Looking for a Nice, tidy, working professional to sub-let the room too. No social welfare, English speaking people only please.

    Forgot to add in, house has all mod-cons like TV, washing machine, microwave and the likes. UPC broadband too
