first time off meds in 2 years!

finally off citalopram(anti depressant)...body clean now 3 weeks..and feel like CRAP!..feel like am back on the pill again(bad bad reaction..nurotic!)..panic attacks, paranoid, insomnia all back again..(how did i cope before?!) in contact with doc...she's delighted am weening off...am worried my brain wont survive without…

in contact with doc...she's delighted am weening off...am worried my brain wont survive without meds..suffer the worse anxiety and blues...

fingers crossed the haze will pass! my poor brain:)
