Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

I've been trawling the internet looking for inexpensive CD/DVD printers - with no luck.

I'm looking a machine that only prints on CD/DVD. It must be knew and less than €500.

    Can anybody point the way?

    Cheers.

I don't know about printers that only print on DVDs but I've used a couple of MultiFunctions.

We've an Epson R220. Good quality but has no screen so every so often I get called because the lights are flashing which needs deciphering. Also is very flakey with compatible cartridges. I'm getting rid of it.
Going to replace with a Canon Pixma MP640.
It's duplex for paper, has a scanner, is wireless and is well less than your €500.
I have a couple of older MP600s and they've been as solid as a rock. And probably more importantly the compatible cartridges from inkjet.ie are about €20 for the 5 carts.

Edit: Actually if you do find a printer that only prints on DVDs can you post it here. The MultiFunction printers are grand but if you have to print off 20 copies it can get a bit repetitive.

The Canon Pixma IP4600 can do this (although not dedicated to this only) and does it pretty well...

Thanks, but I was only looking for "dedicated" printers.
