Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

MS Powerpoint problem

I'm using MS Powerpoint and it's just 'locked' - no command is operative. I've tried opening a new page to no avail as the following message is displayed

This command can't be performed because a dialog box is open. Please close open dialogue boxes to continue

Does anyone know how to remedy this?

I've seen a similar problem on another (non-MS program) and this is the solution I was given:
Hold down the Alt key and press the space bar. If a menu appears click on Move and use the cursor keys to bring the window back onto your screen. If a menu doesn't appear, press the M key and see if your mouse pointer changes to a 4-pointed cross. If so then use the cursor keys to bring the window back onto your screen.

Note: this problem can occur with any window and with other programs if the window gets pushed too far to the screen borders.
Let us know if it works.
