Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Sudden loss of quality and sounds

    Hi all,

    Just had an odd problem with my Acer laptop today. All was fine last night then when I turned it on this morning it seemed to reset itself to the factory settings. I was able to get most things back but now the quality of text isn't great (ie while on the net and and all control menus) and some sounds are gone and I cant seem to be able to fix them (ie gmail notifier - I just get this annoying beep now, and I cant change it in the system sounds tab). Tried system restore with no luck.

    Although these things aren't life or death, they are a bit annoying plus I'm curious what happened. If anyone has any ideas it'd be great.
