Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Bought a shirt in River Island a week ago and still haven't worn it, regretting the purchase :o

I've already taken the tag with the barcode, size and price off it though. I've got a receipt though.

Am I stuck with the shirt and should just consider this a lesson learned?

Do you still have the actual tag, just that it's not connected? Cos these things are often fairly easy to reattach with a 'gun' in store.

Yes I've still got the tag, I'd snipped it off with a pair of scissors. I'm just expecting them to refuse the refund cause I could have just taken that tag off another shirt in store...or something...!

Maybe I should just go in and give it a shot.

I tried to return a top in river island last week-had tag on and I had the receipt they wouldn't do it seemingly their new policy is no refunds only exchange!!Asked to speak to a manger and all but still the same. Consumer rights say they don't have to give refund unless the item is faulty!!

Ah, I work in River Island and I'd say you'd get a refund if you brought it back with the receipt and the tag and said it fell off or whatever. Shouldn't be a problem.
