Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Mini One remote central locking HELP

    i have 2001 mini one, basic model. i only recevied 1 key when i bought it. it has central locking, but im wondering does it also have remote central locking (and i was just given the spare key when i bought) how can i tell if it has remote locking ? p

    All MINIs have remote locking. Does your key have buttons on it? If not, it's the spare, and you need to get a new one which does.

    cheers. no the key has no buttons on it, so i was wondering was is it the spare key? so all minis reagardless of their spec have remote locking ? any idea of price for new remote key ? suggestions on where to get one ?

    It's to the Dealers I'm afraid. All MINIs regardless of spec have remote central locking. A new key is roughly about 120 Euro, they keep 10 in the UK for every MINI made.
