No water in upastairs rads

Hi I changed a radiator in my bathroom including TRVs etc so I drained from the bathroom rad untill water stopped, after fitting the rad I now have no water in the upstairs rad but the downstairs are full with no air in them, also no hot water any ideas Regards Allan
