Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Mc afee wont load into my lap-top

    iv got a Fujitsu Siemens si2636 laptop and the darn thing wont allow or see the anti virus (mcafee virusScan plus 2009) i thinking something is blocking it, i have the AVG anti-virus on it all ready tryed taking it off and loading it (i was thinking it was blocking it) but no joy. Have any of you guys and gals have a clue on what i can do next......

    You have AVG...

    Instead of installing McAfee, you can achieve the same effect by removing half your RAM and setting your processor to run in 'super efficient power saving' mode (aka dog slow).

    And leave AVG on it.

    ps im not that greet with computers so if there is any links you could give me to show me how to "removing half your RAM and setting your processor"

    I was going for sarcasm, the hidden message was:

    Keep AVG Free, it works perfectly well.
    McAfee is a pile of crap that will cripple your system.
