a few years ago, agri land prices were at an all time high...

Have they come back since the highs of 2006 and 2007 ?

What % are they down ?

    Any examples ?

    I think they're coming down.
I saw a 55acre farms on the back of the independent farming supplement classifieds for €300k, 5/6k an acre, at that money it's looking buyable.

If that's the farm in Rossmore Co. Tipp you're looking at then it's too dear at that money, if you tried to walk across it you'd sink without a trace! I know of a couple of bits of decent land on the market at around €10-12K/acre for 40 acres or so, stuff that would have been making closer to €20K 3 or 4 years ago

A 50 acre farm sold in Cork recently for 1.1 million.
