    the first study is a little off , cannabis is not an intoxicant it is canabolic? , it is completly non toxic to the human body ,cannabis effects the mind and body through cannabinoid receptors (CB1 ,CB2) ,cannabiods in the plant mimic ones produced in the brain , provoking various reactions

    and as for the ill effects of smoking cannabis ...

    Legalise everything, sell it at cost = kill the illegal drugs trade dead, as it's legit, fewer will take it up as it isn't cool as it's not antiestablishmentism enough anymore.

    Then provide free, clinics to wean existing users off.

    Wait a couple of years then "ban it and make it a life sentence penalty!"
