That must be annoying,at the start of 4th year I was stuck in all 3 business subjects but thankfully someone dropped out of one of the geography classes and switched it and business studies.

Surely you could drop whatever subject you find the most difficult.

Most of the work is needed for maths and physics because there is just so much packed into them.

Well my most difficult subject is French which I kinda need for college and since I'm a high B student in that I really cannot justify a drop to pass.

After that I don't have anything that would be a good idea to drop.

Well physics, HL Maths, Accounting and Applied Maths all work very well together, for me anyway. If you are good at maths they are all handy enough.

My only other real choice was History (Irish, English and French being necessary for college and that..) which is my favourite subject. Doesn't really have anything to do with the other subjects but if you enjoy history it is a brilliant subject. Definatley the most interesting subject!

Wow Irongirl, you have almost the exact same subject choices as me and course choice O_O. I would've done biology instead of geography but I wasn't too sure that I liked science that much back then.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 69 ✭✭IronGirl92

Yeah, most people's response is 'like science much!?'.
But tbh I missed most of 2nd and 3rd year though, due to sickness etc. so I can't remember whether I liked the subjects then or not! Didn't fancy biology at first, wanted to do Ag. Science, but that was on the same subject lines as Chem and Physics :( That said, I'm quite in love with it now!!:D
