Do you mean loose/tipped hair to use in 'permanent' hair extensions? Or clip in ones?
hairspray.ie in Dublin are good for loose human hair; slightly expensive though. I think they do clip ins as well.

hqhair.com do some clip in extensions. I used to use the Jessica Simpson 'hairdo' ones and they are great. The synthetic one looks really like human hair (they do human hair ones too).

No the Jessica Simpson "Hairdo" one is just one hairpiece with about 8 clips on it. I've not tried any other clip-ins as I get permanent extensions these days.

If that's the case you'll probably need a hair dresser to cut them into shape for you. Not sure though, maybe you can buy short ones but I know when I got mine they were ridiculously long and needed to be cut.
