Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just trying to decide on a topic for my dissertation and am seeking some advice. Is it advisable to choose a topic that will help career wise? So for example if i wished to pursue a career in commercial law, would it be advisable to choose a topic in this area? Will employeers find it relevant? Or should i just write it on another area in which i am interested and will be easier to write due to more resources and texts?
    Any help appreciated!

Personally I would go with what you're interested in. When I was choosing mine my supervisor told me to pick something I'm interested in, because if I'm not interested in it, how can I expect the examiner to be?

Speak to your lecturers (if memory serves you have to before you can submit your dissertation subject), they're very helpful and may be able to help you narrow it down to something you like and something that will have a bit of commercial/career value.
